Return & Cancellation

1. Cancellation Policy

Since our products are freshly prepared or procured from vendors based on customer orders, orders cannot be cancelled once placed and confirmed.

2. Order Modification

Orders cannot be modified once placed and confirmed, as products are procured from vendors according to the order details provided by the customer.

3. Return Policy

Products cannot be returned once delivered, due to the nature of our products and the procurement process. If you receive an incorrect or damaged product, please contact our customer support team for assistance.

4. Refund Policy

If any ordered item is unavailable or confirmed as not delivered, a refund for the affected item will be initiated, subject to verification. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method, such as the card or bank account used for the purchase.

We aim to initiate eligible refunds within a maximum of seven (7) days. The time taken for the amount to reflect in your account may depend on your bank or payment service provider.

5. Shipping & Delivery

All our shipments are dispatched through DHL Express or applicable DHL shipping services. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, courier operations, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Once a shipment has been handed over to DHL, transportation and delivery are handled by the courier service. While we will make reasonable efforts to assist with shipping-related enquiries and coordinate with DHL when necessary, we cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date or accept responsibility for delays or transit disruptions arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Any applicable claims or resolutions will be handled in accordance with the courier’s terms and conditions and applicable laws.

6. Product Availability

All products are subject to availability. If any ordered product is unavailable, we will inform the customer where reasonably possible and initiate a refund for the unavailable item or replace with similar item.
